I am unable to link my domain name to my iCloud account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Restated the device and domain name. Deleted domain name also.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Trying to set up email to iCloud however it is not possible as i cannot located the verification email as the domain does not have an inbox.

I show the domain as active. If you don’t have an email account to the icloud, perhaps try email routing to forward emails to an address you can access? That’s a guess as I do not recall encountering a similar issue as this.
