I am unable to renew my domain and also not able to create ticket for paid subscription

Hi, due to medical condition I am unable to view my account. While checking found that domain was in expired and even it was active. But unable to renew my domain from my side. I clicked solve your issue page multiple time, don’t know whether it created support ticket or not. Finally found in community and created a ticket through mail. Due to this I activated paid plan, but I am unable to contact them.

I see your ticket with Support and their reply, you can’t open ticket via email you need to file one ticket (please) via the dash

I’ve checked the ticket, seems like the domain is active with auto-renew enabled.
The domain will be expired on Y2024.

Are you referring to different domain from what you’ve mentioned in the ticket?
