It’s not through NS access, but through the domain name previously accessed by CNAME. Is it possible that the application limit has been reached? It may be a problem of applying for 13 subdomain certificates in one go. Why not apply for *. domain names, but apply for all subdomains.

Many Certificate Authorities (CA’s), such as e.g. Let’s Encrypt, require DNS access, in order validate that you’re in control of the domain name, if you want to obtain wildcard certificates.
You need to get delegation of name servers changed in the parent registry, through your domain registrar.

is still the name servers in the parent registry for that domain.
