Hi there, I have a free Cloudflare account for my Dreamhost website, have added www. and ticked full certificate strict as per Dreamhost support help yesterday, but still cannot login to wp-admin. What to do? Can I just disable Cloudflare to get access to my site admin in the meantime? Thanks for any help.

What’s the status of your SSL certificate?

Full strict works only if your server has a valid certificate. If it is self signed or invalid due to expiration or wrong CN, i.e *.dreamhost.com) you need to use ‘Full’.

Thanks Mark, I think the certificate did not update properly on Dreamhost from flexible to “full strict” when I added www, I have sent them the certificate as it was emailed to me and am waiting on a reply from Dreamhost.
