I am unable to add a cname record error code 81053

Hi i am unable to connect my domain to my shoify store. I have added nameservers to my websoul account. Now in order to add DNS records I am unable to find CNAME recod giving me error code 81053. This domain was i n another Cloudflare account but now removed name servers and CNAME and A record. I entered A record successfullt but not able to enter CNAME record.
Kindly help me to solve my problem

think you dont need CNAME WITH A record maybe 1 is good
