I am unable to access my website in an environment where IPV6 is prohibited. I am unable to even access my website myself and do not know how to change the default IP assigned to me by CLOUDFLARE.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
After my website was inaccessible, I conducted a test and found that it was not accessible in a pure IPV4 environment. However, some of my APIs needed to communicate in an IPV4 environment, which was not possible. After searching through videos and forums, I found that I myself seemed unable to handle this issue and could only seek help from the administrator to assign IP addresses to good zones.
As you see from the link you provided, your site is reachable from everywhere else around the world, except in China.
This is local blocking, and there’s nothing Cloudflare can do about this.
Unfortunately changing IP addresses for individual sites is not possible. Even if it were, sooner or later those new IP addresses would also be blocked… and we’d be back to where we started off.
Thank you for your reply. I have checked some information and found that some websites that are not allowed by local laws, such as pornography, fraud, gambling, etc., use Cloudflare as a means to prevent DDoS attacks, resulting in some Cloudflare IPs being blocked. This is unavoidable.
How does Cloudflare change the IP address for website forwarding? Will it automatically change the IP range or switch to a new IP after a period of time? I don’t want my website to be inaccessible due to issues caused by these illegal websites.

We do not guarantee that the same IP will always be used for your website. It may change automatically without notice. These changes are typically seamless and shouldn’t cause downtime.
