You cannot have two CNAME records sharing the exact same name/label (or even a CNAME record sharing the same name/label with an A/AAAA record). That’s DNS “law” and not a Cloudflare limitation.
If you’re trying to point your domain to a different provider, you need to edit the existing record, or use a different label/subdomain.
If you need further help from the community: what specific record are you trying to add? And service are you yrying to link your domain to? Can you share a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS (showing the error)?
