Check your security event log for the ray ID which will show the reason for the block…

If you can’t find it, there’s also been cases recently of block messages being shown when you have a Cloudflare IP address proxied in your Cloudflare DNS so check for that. You can show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS if unsure.
