I am seeing an error message on a record that from microsoft and I'm not sure what do do about it

This record exposes the IP address used in the CNAME record on sip., which you have proxied through Cloudflare. I was told the CNAME comes from microsoft

That’s addressed by An A, AAAA, CNAME, or MX record is pointed to your origin server exposing your origin IP address.

I’m not sure I know what that means…do I need to do anything? Remove anything? Edit any record?
