I am on the free plan and traffic not being routed to correct data centre / colo

I am in South Africa and it should route to ZA centre but it routes to a London Centre and slows site down, Server is also located in ZA too, please assist.

So how do I fix this cause other sites in ZA gets routed correctly

You can only contact your ISP and they can adjust their routing. Personally, you could only upgrade to a paid plan, but that is not necessarily a guarantee either.

On a different topic, if your server IP address ends in 125, you currently have no SSL certificate on your server. You should contact your host for that.
