I am not receiving the email verification code

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

when i run cloudflared access ssh --hostname ssh.mgacharts.com i get an url. On opening the url it asks me to enter email. On entering email i do not receive the mail with verification code.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. I’ve checked spam/junk folders and verified that no email has arrived
  2. I’ve tried multiple times and waited several minutes for each attempt.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Install and run Virtualbox,
  • Install Ubuntu Server
  • run sudo apt update
    -run cloudflared access ssh --hostname ssh.mgacharts.com
  • Above cmd will return an url . Copy and run that url on host system browser(I m case its windows 7)
  • On running url it will ask to enter email. On entering email to ask for verificaton code.

Is the email you are using the same one tied to your community account? I checked the email you are using to post here and did not see any emails for OTP sent to you. Please let me know if this regarding a different email so I can make sure it is not on the suppression list.

It is possible this is an issue with access policy:

If the email is allowed by an Access policy, you will receive a PIN in your inbox.
Note:* By design, blocked users will not receive an email. The login page will always say A code has been emailed to you, regardless of whether or not an email was sent.
