That makes sense given below:

  1. You have a duplicate MX record, both set to mail instead of a fully qualified domain name. You need ONLY ONE record with value mail.loans4all.co.za and priority 0.

  2. I see a duplicate SPF record. You can have only one with value

v=spf1 mx a include:spf.host-h.net ?all

(We can tighten this latter, but let’s get fix the basics first).

  1. I’m also seeing three DMARC records specifying all three policy options none, quarantine, and reject. You can have only one so remove all three and create just one with

v=DMARC1; p=none;

(Again, we’ll tighten this latter – let’s exit the panic mode first.)

  1. And I’m seeing a bogus wildcard DKIM record for *._domainkey.loans4all.co.za. Remove this completely.

Make these changes and provide a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS page.
