I am not receiving cloudflare 2FA emails


Few days ago, my domain was expired and due that I was not able to receive any emails from anyone. Then after renewing I received others so I think cloudflare ones were bounced.

Now, my domain is up, and I can receieve all emails except cloudflare 2FA and other related ones. I tried to use forgot password option, account recovery option but none of the emails are coming to my inbox.

So, I tried to create a support ticket but that asks to login to my account first. Now, finally I created this community account and this let me in there without 2FA… so please help me.

Hi @OptimBro,

When your emails bounced, they probably stopped sending them.

You’ll need to email [email protected] from the email address on the account and explain the problem. Please post the ticket number here when you receive an autoresponse.

What is the ticket number? You sent that in from the account that is causing issues, correct?

Your email is verified and I can see the bounced emails, I removed that account from an internal suppression list so you should be good to go, lmk.

I tried to send a support ticket and successfully got a reply. Now I am very happy that my email address has been able to receive 2FA emails from Cloudflare again. Thank you!
