I am not getting the Authentication Token

Hi,
I am not getting the Authentication Token send to my email. I can’t login then. I am using the same IP I have used for years, but suddenly the system has never seen it before.

Anyway, I need to log in.

99.9% of the time, it’s because the user has blocked messages from Cloudflare, usually from their Profile page here.

Send an email to: support AT cloudflare DOT com

and be sure to post the Ticket # as soon as you get an auto-reply.

I have written support, They told me to write from the mail I am using to login tol Cloudflare. I did that, and haven’t heard from them since. Been 2 days.

It’s pretty critical to get access to my Cloudflare account asap.

I hope they see this message, since they don’t reply to my mails.
