I am not getting password reset code on my email address

hi there,
I tried to log in to my Cloudflare account , but I couldn’t, hence I tried to reset my password,however, I didn’t get any reset code on my email address. I have argo service enabled its very important for me to log in. I have also contacted the support but I just got the bot reply
