I am not being allowed to invite a new user, or team members. How do I fix this issue?
Can you expand on what you mean by “not being allowed”? Do you get any errors? What does the UI look like? Can you share any more information?
Thanks for your response! I am not getting errors…. Nothing happens, when I make the attempt?
To better explain to you, help me to see, what you see… PLEASE, describe your UI, and explain how you navigate it to the point of inviting a new user…
Here are the docs for adding sub-users that describe how the functionality should work:

Can you please provide steps to reproduce the issue you’re seeing?
Please help! Cloudflare is NOT allowing me to add new members. I read Cloudflare’s article on how to do it. But, my UI is different than what is described in the article. MANAGE ACCOUNT IS NOT VISIBLE ON MY DASHBOARD!
What do I need to do to add new members? I am desperate, as I have been working on this for a week, without success?
And, thank you to those who have responded. I tried to respond to each one individually, but CLOUDFLARE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGES. When I click respond, I receive a message suggesting that I should simply respond, without changing my email address, WHICH IS WHAT I AM DOING.
Thanks!
Keith
Can you share a link to the article where you see a different set of options?
Go here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members, it looks like this:
Here is a link to the Cloudflare article on ADDING NEW MEMBERS. Note that it refers to navigating the UI to MANAGE ACCOUNT, which is NOT visible in my UI, in the pic I posted.

None of your posts include a screenshot of your dashboard. Have you confirmed that your user has sufficient privileges in the account you are trying to modify?
To manage account members, you must have a role of Super Administrator and have a verified email address.

Your dashboard
You should be able to go here https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members to see the members. LMK if you do not see the same as the above when you click the link. You may want to clear cache/cookies and/or try from an incognito browser.
Please scroll down to see my UI, which does NOT provide access to MANAGE ACCOUNT MEMBERS.
I set up everything, in Cloudflare. If I do not have authorization to manage account members, then I UN-INTENTIONALLY did that. If that is the problem, please advise how I fix this to MANAGE ACCOUNT MEMBERS…
Keith
Scroll down to what? You seem to think that something is present in your posts that is not in them. You may want to use the web forum instead of email, so you can see what is actually posted in your reply.
This is what I see, I blocked out details and highlighted with the orange box the Invite
button on the Invite Members to Join
card
Thanks for your response!
I see your UI! It aligns with Cloudflare’s literature, and allows you to MANAG ACCOUNT, and then to INVITE MEMBERS.
My problem is that my UI, the one that I posted below, DOES NOT LOOK LIKE YOURS.
IT DOES NOT HAVE A MANAGE ACCOUNT SECTION, therefore I have NO ACCESS TO INVITE MEMBERS…
Keith
Does it look like this?
If so, click the icon towards the bottom
What happens when you click https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members?
NO! Since my screen print is NOT working within Cloudflare Community, I will describe the UI, top to bottom, by the section names.

Again, my UI looks nothing like your screen print….
How do I use the UI that I described to invite new members to the selected website?
Keith
It looks like you are here:
There is an arrow to the left of your domain that leads you back to the account page.
You will find the “Manage Account” option there.
Have you tried that link?
“What happens when you click https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members?”
When I click the above link it takes me to another of my Cloudflare websites. where I DO SEE THE UI THAT YOU COPIED AND PASTED. But, I only want invited members to have access to one specific website, NOT all my websites on Cloudflare.
How do I make that happen?
Keith
You need to assign the user a domain scoped role.
How do I delete a website from colouldflare?
Afterward, I will re-establish the website in Clounflare so I can invite members. That seems to be the easiest way for me, at this point.
