I am not able to see my bill details since I have no access to my account

I’ve been unable to access my account and submitted a ticket a month ago to request a username and password reset, but I haven’t had any success. Could you suggest any way for me to regain access to my account? Thank you.

Username and password? It sounds like you’re attempting to change the account owner, which is going to be difficult if you’re requesting from a different email address.

Do you still have access to current email address?
