I am not able to remove the payment method even after removing the domain

So I subscribed to a pro plan then later decided to remove the domain from Cloudflare. I have removed the domain from Cloudflare but I am not able to remove the payment method from cloudflare. When I try to remove the payment method I am getting an error saying “Cannot remove payment method from account with active subscriptions.” But when I go to subscriptions I dont see anything there. I filed a case to support team a week ago but no response as of now. Case #01339920. Please resolve this asap.

Can you please try clearing your browser cache and trying again?

I tried it already, and I tried it again just now. It’s still showing the same error. “Cannot remove payment method from account with active subscriptions.” I also tried it using different browsers as well.

@emanova Could you please try to fix this. I have filed the first support ticket on Jan 9th and it’s been 14 days and still no response on the ticket and my problem still remains the same.
