I am not able to login in cloudflare account, account was register with my employee email address not he left the job, he was managing the account. now i am trying to login but it’s asking 2 war authentication but I dont have that app, Can anyone help me out in this? I tried to contact cloudflare support but not able to find his number or chat email id anywhere,

Was it his personal email address? If so, it’s not your account, it is his. Instead you will need to take control of the domain by adding it to a new Cloudflare account of your own/your company and changing the nameservers to the new allocated ones at your domain registrar.

If it was a company email address, make sure you can receive the email for that user, then you can contact support through that email to resolve the 2FA issue, although it’s likely to be faster just to create a new account and add the domain to that as above.

As above, you need to add your domain to a new Cloudflare account. You will be given 2 new Cloudflare nameservers. Set those nameservers at Godaddy who are your domain registrar…

Make sure you have all the DNS records required for your web and email hosts to enter into the new Cloudflare account.
