form last 3-4 days i am not able to buy paid plan of Cloudflare,i have logged multiple tickets but no one responding me and also i am not bale to view my exsting tickets.pls help me to fix this issues asap.

pls see i am again facing same issues for other domain,i have tryed to add kalkine.ca domain and facing same issues,pls help us for permanent solution.
i have to add arround 8-10 domain in this account and i cant logged tickets everytime

Guys we are facing issues, since 15 days Cloudflare is not helping us.

I understand your frustration. The team is working on to solve this issue and help you.

I’d suggested paypal as an option due to RBI restrictions that affect using a credit card as a payment method. Specifically:

Reserve Bank of India

As you might already be aware, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has recently implemented new restrictions on how payments from customers located in India can be processed. Unfortunately, these restrictions are causing difficulties for our customers in India.

We are currently working with our platform providers to make the necessary implementations to accommodate the new restrictions for our customers based in India. We do not have an ETA for when our systems will be updated to accommodate these new regulations set by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We are working on getting the issue fixed as quickly as possible.

If you have set up the account using a credit card, the recurring monthly payment will fail due to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) restriction and you will receive a failed payment notification. Please go to your dashboard and make the payment manually. Please note, this is happening with credit cards and for recurring payments only. If you are still not able to make a payment, kindly let us know so we can investigate.

In case you are not able to use another credit card, we normally advice to add a PayPal as a payment method.

Could you please try to delete and re-add your PayPal payment method?

To do this
Before paying with PayPal, I’d suggest adding PayPal as a Payment Method:

  1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard :arrow_upper_right:.
  2. On the left sidebar, select Manage account > Billing.
  3. Select Payment Info.
  4. If there is no payment method on file, the Payment Method dialog opens automatically. Otherwise, select Manage next to your current payment method and the Payment Method dialog opens.
  5. Enter the required information based on the payment options below:Select the PayPal logo on the upper right.
  • Follow the online instructions until PayPal returns you to Cloudflare Payment Method dialog where you can continue with your set-up.
  • Verify that your PayPal username now appears next to the PayPal logo.
  • Add your account contact information as well as Company and VAT/GST Number, if applicable.
  • Review the payment method and contact information to ensure it is accurate.
  • To finish, select Confirm.

Ensure your new payment method now appears in the Payment Method section.

May I ask why so much domains are “Pending setup” status?
Did you proceed to change your domain nameservers at your domain registrar to the Cloudflare nameservers assigned for your Cloudflare account? :thinking:
