I am locked out of my account

My phone died, so I no longer have access to Google Authenticator and cannot login to my account [email protected]. I attempted to complete the verification process, but your system does not recognise my laptop despite it being the ONLY device I have ever used to access Cloudflare. I need to get access to my account [email protected]! I filled in a contact form regarding this issue about a week ago but have not received a reply. In the interim, I have been billed for a service I no longer want or need, so please also refund the charge for invoice CFUSA5543092 and cease all future billing.
