I am having FTP problems updating my website. I get error messages

The host of my website, EasyHosting, tells me “to contact your current Name Server Provider (Cloudflare) in order to update values of your blank and www A records to point to 216.251.32.92 IP address and retest, you may refer to the log below.”

I have no idea what this means and hope that the Cloudflare Community can help!
