What is the issue you’re encountering

I am trying to buy a domain name. But while checking out I get an error saying “We’re sorry, something went wrong with that”. I want to buy domain as soon as possible but this error is preventing me from doing so and it’s also frustrating me.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I followed all the articles suggested. Read all the topics in community but none of them resolved my issue.

While we wait for Support on ticket, can you try again from incognito mode using a different form of payment, perhaps paypal?

In order to use paypal as a payment, I need to set it up. It would be better if my card is accepted as payment method as it’s convenient.

let’s keep paypal as last option if possible.
