If by “transfer” you mean move a domain registration, Cloudflare Registrar does not yet support .in domains. You can add a .in domain to Cloudflare though to use Cloudflare features…

Yes I remove the redirection to blobstation.com.
Still not able to get enable option of transfer to Cloudflare.
When I hove its say “Transfer condition not met”
As above, you cannot transfer the domain registration to Cloudflare Registrar as it doesn’t yet support in.
