I added two “A” records, and its been more than 48 hrs, but all traffic is routed by one IP only

I tried to delete the A record and add again.

I checked the access log on the other server and no traffic is routed there.

We recommend either all A records be proxied or DNS-Only, not mismatched.

Ok, initially I tried with both IP proxied, after that I mixed it. Now as you have suggested I am trying DNS-only.
After making DNS-Only, I checked on DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool and the IP has propagated as well. But still server is not getting any traffic and all the traffic routed to the old server.
