I added the DNS nameservers but the DNS records didn't generate

I have added a domain to cloudflare, I have changed the nameservers and when I’m using https://www.whatsmydns.net/ it all shows cloudflare, but:
1- the site is not reachable anymore
2- the DNS records are not automatically imported, and I’m not sure what and how to add them
3- the Domain is not the main domain for godaddy hosting plan

website name: pretanettoyer.ca

Thanks in advance for your help

Your site appears to be loading ok (Cloudflare settings appear correct) here…
https://cf.sjr.org.uk/tools/check?e6b0cf531b3e4917804f94c0295f6660#connection-server-https

But I’m getting a 520 error from my browser.

If you pause Cloudflare, you can check if your origin server is working ok with the DNS settings, fix any issues, then re-enable Cloudflare.

DNS records can be set in your dashboard here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

Thanks for your reply, I have added manually the records, I’m not sore if I have done this correctly, I just copied the same records that was provided by godaddy before I change the nameservers

now regarding your comment:

What issues should I fix? and how?

I’m not currently able to reproduce any issues with your domain, but it looks like it is no longer active on Cloudflare
