I added my site but still its caching hardly 50%

HI Team
Iam New to cloudflare. Help me configuring the best settings and recommend me the page rules to get MINIMUM page load time. AS of now it is hardly caching 25-50%.

I want my page load time to be less then 2 seconds.

My Website URLs - luckmoneymyth
Other URL which is hardly 3 mb and taking 10 seconds as per GT Metrix -

Iam a Novice so help me with 2-3 great page rules which gives best output without any FURTHER ISSUES.
