I added my domain but i check cloudflare ip is blacklisted

this both ip is Cloudflare

Cloudflare provide me 2 ip in my domain but i checked show blocked in few country… please guide…

dnsbl.spfbl.net is a check for a valid PTR as it relates to sending mail. Your Cloudflare advertised IP addresses will never be used to send mail for your domain.
