I added a website and changed nameserver but cloudflare is not detecting it

You can see nameserver is changed and working on

Cloudflare is not detecting nameserver for this domain.

Its been many days please help

I checked that your domain digital-x.store does not have Nameservers configured. After running some tests, we can see that your domain is returning a status of SERVFAIL as seen below:
