I added a cname but entered my name/host incorrectly. Should/can I edit or delete this cname record? Which should/can I do?

For the name/host, I put my domain name instead of www and it already has been over 72 hours since adding this.
Can I edit by putting www in place of my domain name?
Or should I just delete this cname record? And is there a way to delete this cname record?
If yes, how do I delete this cname record?

Every DNS entry has an X at the right to click on for deleting that entry. You can also edit an existing entry. Your choice. Anything set to :orange: will update within 5 minutes.
