I accidentally removed my super admin privileges, and now I cannot access my account. I am stuck on the Select Account screen and unable to create a support request.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am unable to take any steps. When I try to create a support request, the Select Account section is empty, and I receive the error: ‘Hmm… We couldn’t find any matching accounts.’

May I ask have you had any other CF account added as a member of your CF account? :thinking:

Hello, thanks for your answer.
Currently, there is 1 admin and 1 super admin on the account. We cannot reach the super admin. I encountered this issue while trying to remove that person.

The only solution would be for that super admin to add you as a member again.

Alternatively you can create a new account and add the domains to the new account
