What is the issue or error you’re encountering

I am trying to create a Hyperdrive instance. I enter in the connection string, copied and pasted from Render. I use this exact connection string in other places, so I know it is valid. I don’t get any error, but the status of the newly created instance is always “inactive”. How can I resolve this?

This ended up being related to how I was configuring my postgres instance. By removing ssl: true from the config, queries began working.
