Hydroquebec.com no longer resolving

Hi,
For about 2 days now, hydroquebec.com has not been resolving. I switched back to 8.8.8.8 and it resolves no issues.
I also tried clearing the cache via the online tool and had no effect.

Same problem here (using TelKel as my ISP)
