Recently all files started downloading from Cloudflare proxied website very slow, 8KB/s max. It’s not the host issue, because there is normal download speed when trying to download files directly without Cloudflare proxy.

Why this happen and how to solve it?
Are you able to capture a HAR file of the issue over Cloudflare and a HAR where the issue does not occuring when bypassing Cloudflare.

I am currently on mobile, so I can’t capture it.
The example file I included is about 125 MB size
Well, that happened because of video streaming violation. And I already removed all video streaming content from proxy. How can it be fixed now?
