All websites using Cloudflare proxy take a very long time to load (about 30 seconds or even more). Presumably it’s appicatable to websites that use Cloudflare free plan only or something else since I don’t experience any problems using services like Discord.
I also managed to find out that not only I faced with a such problem.
My location is Russian Federation, Omsk. Another person with the same problem isn’t far away, but in another country – Kazakhstan, Almaty. So I don’t think local legal departments or DPI systems are involved here.
What should I do to determine the cause of the problem?
