HubSpot Subdomain Issues

I have set up some subdomains to host hubspot content.

Some of the hubspot content loads just fine - but quotes and invoices do not.

There have been some issues with Hubspot not seeing DNS changes I’ve made on Cloudflare

Now they’ve asked me to send Cloudflare an email:


The text of the email is:
"I am attempting to onboard the active custom hostname pages.timkilroy.com to the Hubspot SSL for SaaS platform.

It is currently blocked by Cloudflare. Could you please unblock this custom hostname for me?Thanks,

Tim Kilroy"

Is this going to solve the issue or is Hubspot being stupid? Because their support is basically saying is is all cloudflare’s fault and they’ve never had this issue before…

Sending that e-mail will definitely not solve anything.

As far as I can tell it’s all set-up properly. I see both records.

One option is, do you have zone holds enabled for your domain?

No zone holds at all.

Then, I’m honestly thinking they have their issues. Tell me to explain the exact error they see.

They have no freaking clue - that’s why they are blaming it on Cloudflare

Ok, I’ve asked around… it’s been suggested that it may actually be the case as they say.

They do have a way to solve by contacting their Cloudflare contact, but you can open an account ticket with Cloudflare yourself and it will be looked at.

Do post the ticket number here, though. It might speed things up… :slight_smile:

Any plan can open account, billing, and registrar tickets.
