Make sure that your SSL/TLS encryption mode is set to Full (Strict):

→ https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls

In addition, I would also suggest deleting the A record.

And I would also suggest replacing the AAAA, by changing it’s content from “::100” to “100::”.
