Https with www doesn't work with subdomain

Hello, Can you help me on mu issue
I have subdomain.mysite.com
when I typed on browser www.subdomain.mysite.com go to https://subdomain.mysite.com is fine
but when type https with www like https://www.subdomain.mysite.com doesn’t work.
How to solve that?
