HTTPS version not working

What is the name of the domain?

goagroove.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have setup my domain to hosting via cloudflare, generally it works without a glitch but this time the SSL is not working, can you help?

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full

You haven’t set the nameservers at your registrar to the 2 allocated Cloudflare nameservers yet, so your domain isn’t using Cloudflare.

Use “Full (strict)” so that your setup is secure and make sure your origin SSL is valid, at the moment it isn’t as it is presenting a certificate for *.web-hosting.com.

Thanks a ton for guiding sir.

  1. I have made the NS back to the cloudflare’s ones. (Yesterday my hosting support said I can keep either their NS or Cloudflare’s doesn’t matter once the domain is hosted, I guess he was wrong).
  2. Made the SSL setup to Full (Strict)
  3. I didn’t understand this part though " make sure your origin SSL is valid, at the moment it isn’t as it is presenting a certificate for *.[web-hosting.com](http://web-hosting.com/)." How to fix this? Where will I find this origin SSL?
  1. When I changed the NS to Cloudflare’s instead of Hosting one’s it has stopped working.

You need to get a valid SSL certificate for your server from LetsEncrypt or another CA, or use a Cloudflare origin certificate if you plan to use the proxy.

Make sure your site is working fully at https://goagroove.com before enabling Cloudflare.
