HTTPS Url is not working

I have used Cloudflare for HTTPS, but initially my website working fine. Now after one day it is not accessing through htttps://www.cbserexam.in, it is only opening with http://www.cbserexam.in link. The google search is given the results when is used htttps://www.cbserexam.in/

This site can’t be reached

www.cbserexam.in refused to connect.

Please given me solution
