i tested ssl checker and ssl seems to be working but just cant load the page. i setup the .htaccess and all the amin options but no good.
Some of your CSS is redirected elsewhere with a 301 and therefore not loading. You also have a lot of mixed content on your page.
What’s your SSL setting?

also i dont think Cloudflare is working on it at all because i manually shut down my server using systemctl stop httpd.service to see if the Cloudflare thing would come up but it didn’t
