I’m trying to set up my deployed site via Cloudflare; however, I can’t get https requests to work.
I’ve selected the “Full” SSL/TLS encryption mode. And under “Edge Certificates,” it looks like I have a Universal SSL certificate for the *.erickalvarez.info and erickalvarez.info domains. I also have the “Always Use HTTPS” setting enabled.
Does anyone know why I continue to get 525 errors when I go to “erickalvarez.info”?

525 is referring to a bad certificate/HTTPS connection on your origin/host that Cloudflare is pointing to.
Does your site load over HTTPS with Cloudflare paused?
I just paused it and am now receiving the following error in my browser:

ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT

I’m not exactly sure what I’m doing wrong. The DNS settings look right so the domain should be pointing to the right files.
What did you do to configure the certificate on your origin site?
Aah I didn’t realize that “Full” encryption mode required configuration on my web host platform. I switched it back to “Flexible” and everything works now.
