The HTTPS doesnt work on some of the IPS so I bought the dedicated SSL to solve the issue.
It still doesnt open And stays on loading.
It opens with VPN thats how I know the problem might be with IP of some countries like Iran.
Please advise me how I can solve this problem.

does it mean I have to move my DNS and SSL and evrything from Cloudflare?

DNS probably not, but you probably cannot proxy. It is unclear what the issue in Iran is but quite a few people pointed out having such issues.
