Did your site work before with HTTPS?
What is the SSL Status on your Crypto page at Cloudflare? It should be “Active Certificate”
And what SSL setting is it? Flexible, Full, or Full (Strict)?

I use ssl before, yes.
setting : not off
I change setting, ssl = full a few our ago.

Does your Crypto page SSL section look like this? Status should have Active Certificate and set to Full (Strict) or just Full.
You’ll have to wait for it to become Active. If it’s more than 24 hours, open a support ticket login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support
