Https://1.1.1.3/dns-query not filtering adult content

To be able to use Cloudflare DoH on my router as the only DNS server, I have to specify the query URL with IP address, so https://1.1.1.3/dns-query instead of https://family.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query. However, it seems to fall back to not filterig adult content in this case.

Working as intended, when using https://family.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query:

curl -H 'accept: application/dns-json' 'https://family.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query?name=pornhub.com&type=A'
{"Status":0,"TC":false,"RD":true,"RA":true,"AD":false,"CD":false,"Question":[{"name":"pornhub.com","type":1}],"Answer":[{"name":"pornhub.com","type":1,"TTL":60,"data":"0.0.0.0"}]}

Not working, when using https://1.1.1.3/dns-query:

curl -H 'accept: application/dns-json' 'https://1.1.1.3/dns-query?name=pornhub.com&type=A'
{"Status":0,"TC":false,"RD":true,"RA":true,"AD":false,"CD":false,"Question":[{"name":"pornhub.com","type":1}],"Answer":[{"name":"pornhub.com","type":1,"TTL":2776,"data":"66.254.114.41"}]}

Hey, from the documentation, the IP is only being used for regular DNS queries:

For DoH, the correct query address is the https://family one:

Yes, but IP address (1.1.1.1) works for regular DoH queries – and it would be great if it will work for family DoH queries, too (with 1.1.1.3).

Otherwise, it is impossible to setup family DoH as primary DNS on a home router, which is unfortunate.
