It was working when it was launched; now it seems to be blocked by PTCL (main broadband provider in the country).
Both the public DNS resolver and 1.1.1.1 website are not loading. Can Cloudflare contact PTCL support (ptcl.com.pk) in order to get this resolved?
Many broadband users in Pakistan use Google DNS. It would be good if CF DNS works as well.

Seems to be blocked at the ISP level by PTCL Pakistan. Only CF can fix this by contacting them.
1.0.0.1 works.
For users in Pakistan, please try 1.0.0.1 as your primary DNS resolver, if 1.1.1.1 is broken.
