Https://1.1.1.1/help doesn't load

Hi,
https://1.1.1.1/help doesn’t load,
but
https://1.0.0.1/help does. What can be the reason?

Hm, kind of a strange, I can open both of the URLs (each loads a homepage 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 depending on which I click)

Do you use 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 as a custom DNS servers at your device?

Do you use 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 as a custom DNS servers at your device?

Yes, in my modem and in my PC

Here my tracert, hope this helps

I also use the same, at my router and my desktop PC (network configuration) and in my Web browser.

From my end:

My guess is that your ISP is using 1.1.1.0/24 internally for something. If you run this command what do you get:

curl --verbose https://1.1.1.1/test

In case if needed from my end to inspect/investigate:

curl --verbose https://1.1.1.1/test

Yeah. Looks like your ISP is hijacking it.

What is your ISP? Maybe @cloonan can let the correct team know about it. A notification to your ISP directly might be good.

My ISP is Telefonica del Peru S.A.A. from Perú

Are you sure you want /test? Are you trying to test confirm 1.1.1.1 is working? If that’s the case the URL is https://1.1.1.1/help

You are right, my bad. I meant /help. I’ve edited the post

I’ve called my ISP and they told me they can only fix domain urls, not ips. Does 1.1.1.1 have a unique domain? I’ve found https://one.one.one.one , but this resolves to 1.1.1.1 AND 1.0.0.1, so as 1.0.0.1 works fine they are not taking my request

That is totally the wrong way around. ISPs don’t really care about URLs for routing (they might for other things, but those are “additional” services), but only IPs.
