+1 and time to let the nameserver propagation complete. It is not at the moment and it looks like you removed and then re-added the website. Perhaps contact your registrar godaddy and ask if there is any issue with nameserver propagation as there are a number of odd changes, https://securitytrails.com/domain/h-ciyuan.com/history/ns that do not align with what I see internally.
Nameservers should be
christina.ns.cloudflare.com
yevgen.ns.cloudflare.com
But, security trails shows a completely different set, https://securitytrails.com/domain/h-ciyuan.com/history/ns and whois is showing what I assume is registrar default nameservers,
