HTTP response truncated

Hi, i have some problem that start tomorrow.

When we sent HTTP request without using Cloudflare proxy, the response works fine, but when we enable Cloudflare proxy, the response timeouts at 60 seconds and return truncated output with size of apx 1MB. This happens in multiple parts of application, where response contains bigger amount of data.

Its exactly like that: HTTP response timeout / truncated

I already deactivate the HTML minify, APO.

There is more than 13 sites with that problem. I cant force to reproduce the error.

Websites with PRO Plan doesn`t get affected.

I already isolated, Wordpress applications, Pre PHP applications, pure HTML pages.

I get error in all.
