Http range cannot be used when cache misses

English is not my first language, so please ignore my presumptuous words.

I have a lot of relatively large wav files (~500MB per file) that I need to provide to users for online listening.
With the increasing number of users, the server cannot withstand such a large bandwidth, so I am trying to make cloudflare cache these files.

But it takes time to cache each of these files. Before the cache is completed, cloudflare will return a cache miss and ignore the http-range header requested by the user, which means that the user cannot freely adjust the playback progress.

Is there a way to still allow cloudflare to accept http-range request headers during cache misses?
